Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Also contained in this new photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
